This agreement establishes the terms between you and Cheap Minicabs Acton. When you make a taxi booking and utilize our service, it implies your acceptance of these guidelines.
2.1 Allocate sufficient time for your journey, particularly when booking airport transportation.
2.2 Select an appropriate car size for your group and luggage.
2.3 If someone in your group requires a wheelchair, please inform us during the booking process.
3.1 We provide you with a quote based on the information you provide.
3.2 Unless specified otherwise, taxes are not included in the quoted price.
3.3 If your plans change, the price may also change accordingly.
3.4 We wait for up to 45 minutes after your flight lands, covering airport parking costs. If you delay us beyond this period, additional charges will apply.
3.5 After agreeing to the price, review your confirmation. If you spot an error, please inform us.
4.1 You are responsible for the conduct of your group while in the vehicle.
4.2 Eating, drinking, or smoking is not permitted in the vehicle.
4.3 Ensure that children are in the appropriate safety seats.
4.4 Our passenger capacity is determined by our licensing and insurance limitations.
5.1 In case of a cancellation, do so as early as possible. If you cancel after the car has been dispatched, you may incur charges.
5.2 If you made an online booking and cancel before dispatch, you might still be subject to charges.
6.1 We make every effort to be punctual but are not liable for delays beyond our control.
6.2 You are responsible for your belongings.
6.3 If our vehicle experiences a breakdown, we will make efforts to promptly provide a replacement.
6.4 You cannot hold us accountable for issues or losses arising from the actions of your group.
6.5 We cannot evade liability for personal injuries or fatalities caused by our negligence or fraudulent actions.
7.1 We reserve the right to cancel your booking if you or your group pose a threat to the vehicle or driver. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.
8.1 We may contract other companies for services.
8.2 You cannot transfer your responsibilities or rights to another party.
8.3 We retain the authority to modify these terms, so periodically review them.
8.4 Your data is handled in compliance with the Data Protection Act of 1988.
8.5 This agreement encompasses all aspects of the relationship between you and us.
3.6 These terms do not confer benefits on any third parties unless mutually agreed in writing.
9.1 Any issues or complaints must be raised within 30 days of your ride; complaints received after this period will not be considered.
